Usage Policy and Suggested Purchase Options

• This is a ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION is assigned to one (1) individual qualified to train site personnel in LCA. This subscription will automatically renew in one (1) year and you can cancel at any time.

• The copying and/or redistribution of any of our narrated videos are strictly prohibited.

• These videos are for a Qualified Individual's USE ONLY to train employees or contractors. To be qualified one must have attended a 4-day LCE class and obtained a certificate of completion OR complete the Train the Trainer LCE course and the associated exercises and exam.
• EACH SITE must also pay either $100 per person at that site (employees and contractors) OR $125 per TRAINEE at that site (employees and contractors).

• These videos will be available 24/7, on-line, and will be updated as we improve the product. Minor updates will be available to purchasers 24/7 at no additional charge. Major updates, when they occur, will be made available to previous purchasers.
  

• When purchasing a downloadable binder, copies can NOT be made unless a SITE USAGE LICENSE is obtained.
  

• We will un-authorize any user that violates our policies and will pursue any violation to the fullest extent of the law.

2. Annual LCA Site Usage License per site person or trainee (SKU SP-SU or SP-TU)
3. LCE Binder with Black and White Internals (SKU SP-BW-B)
